Senior Director of UX, Content & Product Design
March 2012 - December 2020
I joined the Digital division of Western Union in San Francisco as employee #14 and was tasked with building a team and designing a global suite of digital products including App, Web and Kiosks for users in over 200 countries and territories.

Senior Manager of Interaction Design
June 2011 - March 2012
Offermatic was a start-up with very big plans to disrupt the rewards industry through automatic card linked rebates and offers. I was brought in to help take the UX to the next level. As the head of Interaction Design I oversaw every aspect of the user experience from the rewards interface to gamification and partner dashboards.
CASE STUDIES:
User Experience Area Lead
As UX lead for Checkout & Payments I had the unique opportunity to redesign the checkout flow which users went through over 2 million times a day. Eventually I moved on to Shipping and helped completely recreate how shipping was offered and used by both buyers and sellers.
September 2005 - June 2011
CASE STUDY:
Assistant Vice President of Design
Sanford C. Bernstein is a financial firm that manages over $60 billion in assets for clients around the world. I joined as the Assistant Vice President of Design in charge of creating sites that enabled clients to view and manage their assets online. While working at Bernstein we were acquired by Alliance which managed over $600 billion in assets.
